Enterprise

Every team researching. One source of truth.

Everything in Team, plus the structure a large organisation needs - a research library organised by org tags, an audit trail behind every action, and sign-off flows that make insights trustworthy enough to act on.

SOC 2 Type II · ISO 27001 · ISO 42001 · GDPR · no training on your research

Scoped access

Every team sees exactly what it should

Org tags don't just organise the library - they scope it. Access follows your directory, so a reorg in your IdP is a reorg in Reos.

  • Roles from your directorySSO groups map to Reos roles per project, tag, or division - provisioned and deprovisioned by SCIM.
  • Request, don’t emailAnyone can discover a project exists; seeing inside it takes an approval the owner grants in one click.
  • Reviewers stay reviewersLegal and stakeholders get sign-off seats with exactly the visibility that stage needs - nothing more.
Example: a project's access list, mapped from directory groups.

Audit logs

A record of everything, before anyone asks

Every sign-in, view, export, and approval - captured as it happens, queryable when legal calls, streamable to the systems your security team already watches.

  • Complete by defaultWho saw which transcript, who exported what, who changed whose role - with time, device, and location.
  • Yours to keepQuery it in Reos, export CSV, or stream events to your SIEM. Retention follows your policy.
  • Built for the worst dayWhen a question comes - from compliance, legal, or a customer - the answer is one filter away.

Stakeholder sign-off

Insights ship with signatures on them

In a large organisation, an insight isn't done when it's written - it's done when the right people have stood behind it. An email thread loses sign-off. A flow keeps it.

  • Approval chains you defineResearch lead, legal, the VP who owns the decision - per project type or org tag.
  • Versioned releasesReviewers comment on a version; approvals attach to it. What the org reads is exactly what was signed.
  • Stakeholders notified, loop closedOn release, subscribers across the org are notified - and every claim still traces to its source.
Example: a report released to the organisation after three sign-offs.

Security & compliance

Built to pass your review

Research involves your customers' most sensitive words. The controls below are standard on Enterprise - not an add-on sheet.

  • SOC 2 Type II
  • ISO 27001
  • ISO 42001
  • GDPR
  • Certified and independently audited

SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001, ISO 42001 and GDPR - with reports and the full security packet available under NDA for your review.

  • SSO & SCIM

SAML single sign-on, directory-synced provisioning, and roles that map to the groups you already run.

  • Your data stays yours

No training on your research - ever. Your own provider keys if you want them, your retention policy - and yours to query via MCP, ready to combine with your own tools.

  • PII redaction

Names, emails, and identifiers stripped before analysis - the pattern is visible, privacy is protected.

  • Custom domain & white label

Participants interview on your domain, under your logo. They never leave your brand.

  • Data residency

EU or US hosting, with model routing pinned to the same region.

  • Dedicated support

A named team with response SLAs, onboarding for every department, and a human on procurement calls.

Rollout

From pilot to whole-org in weeks

Enterprise software earns trust by how it arrives. Here's how Reos does.

  1. Step 01

    Security review & pilot

We work your procurement checklist - security packet, DPA, legal review - while one team runs a real study in a scoped pilot workspace.

  2. Step 02

    Rollout, team by team

Org tags mirror your structure from day one. Access maps from your directory, and every department gets hands-on onboarding.

  3. Step 03

    A named partnership

A dedicated success manager, support SLAs, and quarterly reviews of what your organisation asked, learned, and shipped.

FAQ

Questions your security team will ask

If yours isn't here, ask us - a human answers.

  • Tags mirror your organisation - divisions, functions, regions, quarters - and every project carries them. They drive the library’s structure, scope access, and let any team discover what the rest of the company has already learned. We set up the taxonomy with you during rollout, and admins can evolve it any time.
  • Every sign-in, view, export, role change, sign-off, and redaction event - who, what, when, and from where. It’s queryable in the product, exportable as CSV, and streamable to your SIEM via webhook. Your retention clock, set it once.
  • Yes. Approval chains are configured per organisation - by project type, org tag, or report kind. A churn report might need a research lead and legal; a public-facing study might add comms. Releases are versioned, and every approval is logged.
  • You’ll get our security packet - SOC 2 Type II report, ISO 27001 and 42001 certificates, pen-test summary, subprocessor list - under NDA, and direct access to our security team for your questionnaire. Most reviews close in two to three weeks.
  • Your choice of EU or US region, with AI model routing pinned to the same region. Your research is never used to train models - ours or anyone else’s.
  • A custom annual subscription based on seats and departments, with monthly research units set to your volumes. Everything a unit covers - transcription, analysis, clustering, docs and chat - is included, as it is on every plan. Invoicing, procurement portals, and multi-year terms are all standard. Talk to sales for a tailored estimate.
